the staff was friendly, they arranged a tour for me, wow! the spa was also excellent, the team gave me a tour and was super polite. the room's interior was well-designed, it was nice to be in it. i slept like a baby, i didn't wake up until checkout time!
there was no phone in the room, i had to walk down to the front desk many times! the front desk agents seemed annoyed, i did not like this. the refrigerator was cold when i arrived, but it stopped working overnight. i had to throw food out, a waste

The room was very clean. I noticed the fresh towels and all the facilities were there. The bed was comfortable, and the area was quiet which I appreciated. The Hekla restaurant had great food!!! I was very happy with the delicious offerings. The staff was cute from the first moment I arrived.
The TV worked intermittently, a slight inconvenience. I found that the signal sometimes dropped during viewing.

I found free parking right across the road, a huge plus! The hotel is also close to the coast and the Grótta Lighthouse. I even saw the aurora on my first night thanks to the hotel's convenient location. The staff was very helpful!

My room had A free upgrade. It was A panoramic suite with A very nice view. The bathroom included amenities often missed by hotels. Examples included A razor, comb, sewing kit, slippers, and toothbrush. The breakfast offered A variety of choices and was very good.
While mostly seamless, there was A slight delay during check-in.
